Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a tracking number once your order ships. If you do not see these, please check your spam folder.

US Shipping

Dar Zéro Studio offers complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Expedited (2–3 day) and next-day shipping are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your destination. Expedited and next-day orders must be placed by 11 a.m. ET; orders placed after 11 a.m. ET will ship on the next business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note that once an order is placed, it is not possible to amend it.

International Shipping

Dar Zéro Studio offers [complimentary] International [DHL Express] shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties and taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery depending on your country. We cover duties and taxes for [LIST COUNTRIES].

We are not responsible for customs delays, which are outside our control. If an international shipment is refused or returned for unpaid duties, any return shipping costs and non-recoverable duties will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim, and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have left our facility, though we will always do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at an additional shipping charge.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with anything missing, contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
