Refund policy

Items purchased on darzerostudio.com are eligible for return provided they are returned within 7 days of the item’s delivery date in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and all related accessories included. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Dar Zéro Studio. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.
